About This Role

We are looking for a Manager or Senior Manager with experience serving financial services clients to join our high-performing Corporate Tax team in Sydney. The team provides tailored advice and insights for all aspects of the corporate tax process, including tax audits, international tax issues, corporate governance obligations, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall client engagement including relationship management, tax compliance and advisory
• Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities within our client base
• Involvement in business development opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in tax compliance and process-based activities
• Provide coaching, support and inspirational leadership to other team members
