As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. About Goodstart Kawana :

Join our vibrant centre just a block from the beach, close to shops and schools, in a spacious, well-resourced environment. Our large, open rooms offer endless potential to create meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

You'll be supported by two dedicated assistants in your room and a team of experienced early childhood professionals. We value work-life balance and offer flexible working conditions to suit your needs.

Our centre has recently upgraded its outdoor spaces with sandpits, gardens, and even native bee habitats to spark curiosity and exploration. We foster strong family connections through Storypark, newsletters, and family events, and actively engage with the community through Beach Kinder, library visits, and excursions to Buddina State School.

    • You’ll need :

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
