These roles work as part of the Accessibility & User‑Centred Design branch at the tribunal and can be located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
These exciting hybrid positions are available primarily on a full‑time ongoing basis; non‑ongoing positions can also be considered.
As part of the wider Operational Policy, Procedures and Training section, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team where you will be trusted to use your skills and experience to develop creative solutions to challenging problems. The right people for these roles will be confident communicators, with an ability to develop and sustain effective stakeholder relationships. Undertaking complex research and analysis to deliver informed and timely outcomes, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Remuneration : The annual salary range for the position is EL1 – $117,665 p.a. – $138,493 p.a., plus a generous employer superannuation contribution of 15.4%.
About the opportunity
The Assistant Director, Operational Policy will lead a small team in the development of review‑related policies, including helping to establish the way that operational policy development is undertaken at the tribunal. A confident communicator, you will :
