• A bit about your role
• The Manager – IT Capacity Management role is responsible for leading a globally distributed team and managing end-to-end IT capacity across applications, systems, and infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. It involves developing and reviewing capacity plans, overseeing performance metrics, and ensuring readiness for enterprise-wide releases.The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, active participation in governance forums, and maintaining tools and documentation. It also includes managing escalations, supporting change initiatives, and aligning capacity strategy with business objectives.
• A bit about you
• The ideal candidate brings proven experience in IT capacity planning, performance assurance, or infrastructure management, along with the ability to lead remote teams across time zones. They have a strong grasp of service lifecycle management and enterprise release cycles and are skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication.Experience in telecommunications or large-scale IT environments is highly desirable.
