About the Role
This position is responsible for undertaking scheduled inspections of building maintenance projects and services, to ensure works delivered by contractors achieve specified contractual outcomes in terms of scope and quality of workmanship. The Service Quality Officer will work autonomously to provide technical advice and assistance to client agencies, participate in work quality audits and provide technical reports on the outcomes of inspections and audits.
