Garden Labourer Wanted

Are you keen to work outdoors, stay active, and learn new skills in a supportive team? We’re a small, friendly gardening business based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and we’re looking for a reliable Garden Labourer to join our team.

About the Role :

This is an entry-level or early-experience role, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to develop a career in gardening or landscaping. You’ll be supporting our experienced gardeners with general labour and garden maintenance tasks across a variety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, and mowing

Loading and unloading tools, green waste, and materials

Keeping job sites clean and tidy

Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks

Learning proper use of tools and garden techniques on the job

What We’re Looking For :

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions

Punctual, reliable, and a good team player

Driver’s licence (required)

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general labouring a bonus — but not essential
