Job descriptionSupporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions. Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference. Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration. Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments. About You
- Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiotherapy
- Registered with AHPRA or ESSA
- Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
