Advanced Pharmacy Australia is hiring an Oncology Pharmacist for the Cancer and Wellness Centre at Echuca Regional Health.

Overview

Position includes day‑to‑day management of oncology and haematology medications, working within the Cancer and Wellness Centre to develop a sustainable oncology pharmacy service, training in the ERH CHARM project office, and participation in meetings and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily coordination and management of the Cancer and Wellness Centre pharmacy, ensuring timely and accurate preparation, sourcing and supply of oncology medications.
• Develop and establish a sustainable, best‑practice oncology pharmacy service in line with legislation, professional guidelines and standards.
• Be trained as the ERH CHARM project office (CPO) for the oncology information management system, including medication charts and treatment pathways.
• Attend meetings, design and implement quality improvement and risk management activities, data collection and presentation, and collaborate with medical and nursing teams.
