Job descriptionA recent degree in Geology or Earth Sciences; A willingness to learn statutory requirements of Queensland and New South Wales Mining Acts and WHS Act; Outstanding attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills; Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite; Vacation work experience in the mining industry is highly regarded; A current Queensland Driver’s License (manual C Class); Curious, motivated individuals ready to contribute and grow in exploration and mining; Full Australian working rights; Subject to pre‑employment medical and police checks. Join Aeris Resources as a Graduate Geologist to gain hands‑on experience in exploration and mining within a supportive, dynamic environment.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing :
- Work within the Corporate Exploration & Discovery Team to drive future growth through exploration; or
- Gain hands‑on experience in the Cracow Mining Team at a successful gold operation;
- Participate in an 18‑month graduate program with rotations between Exploration and Mining specialties;
- Take on real jobs with real accountability;
- Collaborate with senior leaders and technical experts for guidance and mentorship;
- Engage in a supportive onboarding program including a buddy system and long‑term career mentor.
