Your New Role
- Provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills in the management of residents with complex care needs.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a recovery-focused residential environment.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, contributing to education, clinical leadership, and research initiatives.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote person-centred care and facilitate independent living skills.
About You
