• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a recovery-focused residential environment.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, contributing to education, clinical leadership, and research initiatives.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote person-centred care and facilitate independent living skills.
