Automotive Finance & Insurance BM at Lismore Nissan (O'Neill Auto Group)

We are looking for a Business Manager in Automotive Finance & Insurance to join our vehicle sales team. Working closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the best automotive solutions available.

Commencement Duties :

Training & Development with :

Sales & Delivery of all Finance Solutions
Sales & Delivery of all Insurance Solutions
Sales & Delivery of all Aftermarket Solutions

Administrative duties that include :

System Processing – stock control

It is expected within 6 months the successful applicant will be responsible for :

Sales & Delivery of Finance Solutions

Sales & Delivery of Insurance Solutions

Sales & Delivery of Aftermarket Solutions

Assisting with vehicle stock control

Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures

Drive to meet high conversions and sales rates while ensuring the customers' best interest comes first

Strengthen relationships between customers and the dealership

Essential to your success, we are seeking :

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to think on your feet and outside the box for our customers

Strong customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales team

Ability to double close deals and assist the Sales Consultants

Must be detail-oriented and process-driven

Ability to work autonomously

Ability to work across multiple sites

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite

Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
