About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Manager – Asset Inspection to lead a group of Asset Inspectors responsible for maintaining the safety, compliance and reliability of our electricity network.
In this role you’ll manage the daily delivery of the inspection program—ensuring field work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with Energy Safe Victoria (ESV) requirements and company policy. You’ll provide clear direction to your team, support inspectors in the field, and maintain oversight of safety, quality and productivity standards.
You’ll also play a key role in developing and mentoring inspectors, embedding consistent technical standards, and driving improvements in how we deliver our inspection program.
This is a practical, people‑centred leadership role that suits someone who enjoys being close to field operations while also managing performance, compliance and stakeholder relationships.
