Part-time, three days per week until Feb 2026

Hybrid - 2 days in office, 1 WFH

Marketing Coordinator

WOW Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join a leading heating and gas organisation in Sydney’s Inner West!

Step into a creative, hands‑on marketing role where you’ll manage campaigns, create content, coordinate promotions, and support the growth of a well‑established brand.

What you’ll be doing

Create marketing plans aligned with brand and seasonal campaigns.
Execute digital and print marketing tactics from concept to completion.
Assist with marketing campaigns across digital, print and external agencies.
Create content and visuals to support marketing efforts.
Manage website updates and email newsletters.
Coordinate direct mail, flyers, magnets, and local promotions for all brands.
Support general marketing admin and supplier coordination.

What you’ll bring

2+ years of experience in a similar marketing position.

Proficient with the use of Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, & Google Analytics.

Strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.

Clear communicator who’s organised and enjoys variety in their work.

Experience in the trades or service‑based industry is highly desirable.
