Job descriptionProvide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their skills and safety practices Undertake hands on work including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes. Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and vehicles safely Report progress, issues, and requirements to management Pest and disease identification and treatment Maintaining high horticultural standards and attention to detail Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens, or relevant equivalent experience Proven ability to effectively prioritise work and develop junior team members Sound practical experience with a variety of tools and equipment such as mowers, hedgers, whipper snippers, blowers, hand tools and petrol operated equipment Current driver's licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Receive great benefits in return for your skills and expertise Fully maintained vehicle, work laptop and phone Uniform and PPE provided Growing company with career advancement opportunities Thrive in a supportive management team and fantastic team culture Enjoy a safety-first culture and receive ongoing safety training
