About the role
We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated, people-first Assistant Memberships Manager to help drive new member growth and create meaningful experiences for our existing community. You’ll play a key role in increasing occupancy across our spaces by partnering with internal stakeholders, conducting sales tours, and helping prospective members find the right solution for their needs.
This is a high-impact role where autonomy, initiative, and confidence are key. You'll work closely with the Memberships Manager, Community Teams, and Enquiries to hit sales targets and support the full member journey - from first contact to thriving in our spaces. You'll also travel across our Melbourne locations to support tours and events where needed.
