We’re a team of Holiday Experts who love to write, talk, and walk the walk when it comes to wanderlust. We are looking for a  Product Coordinator  to join our amazing team here at Ignite Travel Group (ITG) In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Product Manager with the contracting, maintenance and day to day management of all products for Ignites various distribution channels. Reports to the Product Manager.

Your responsibilities :

• Provide support to the Product Manager
• Assist with the set-up, maintenance and management of all rates and products
• Work closely with Sales team to deliver key product information to consultants, along with handling troubleshoots
• Work closely with external partners including but not limited to hotel suppliers, channel managers, tour operators
• Ensuring that all packages are correct and current on all applicable websites
• Rates analysis on a frequent basis
• Assist with researching products and other tours and attractions to have included or as upsells
• Weekly checks of rates and inventory on product advertised in market
