We are seeking a Property Manager to provide management of AV's property leasing function for our Assets and Supply Services Department.

This is a Full Time Permanent position. While WFH / Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn Business Centre in line with our hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager Property Services, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to :

  • Provide leadership, management, mentorship, and development of staff within the Leasing team.
  • Manage leasing budgets and financial targets, reporting and forecasting financial performance for the leasing function.
  • Ensure AV's statutory compliance with legislative obligations for real estate management activities.
  • Establish and oversee service level agreements with users.

About you

To be considered for this position you will possess :

  • Completion of a postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high-level relevant experience.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of legal processes relating to property leases, licenses, and agreements.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills with experience in real estate negotiation in both a commercial and residential context.
  • Proven experience in the leadership, management, and development of staff.
  • An understanding of the organisation's role and function and the impact of the real estate management function on strategic outcomes.
