Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Location : Adelaide, South Australia

This role is part‑time or full‑time (0.5 to full time) and operates within the NDIS framework. You will deliver evidence‑based behaviour support, develop person‑centred plans, and empower clients, families and support staff to achieve positive change.
Pay Range
A$100,700.00 / A$105,350.00 per annum (base)
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to clients, families and support staff to implement effective behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support positive client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all practice aligns with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications.Significant (3‑5 years) previous experience working with clients with disability and complex needs.Experience working within the NDIS environment and demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to apply, NDIS and QSC standards and legislative requirements within the workplace.About Us
