Employment Type / s : 1 x Permanent Full Time & 1 x Maximum Term, Full Time (12 month contract)

Location : Newcastle, with flexible hybrid working arrangements

In this role, you will collaborate closely with children, young people, their families and carers within the Lake Macquarie region to create and implement case plans that strive towards achieving the permanency goals of those we support.

You\'ll build and maintain strong, functional relationships with both the children and their families, ensuring that every voice is heard and every need is met. Your efforts will be pivotal in supporting and monitoring placements, guiding carers in their foster care journey and helping them implement effective strategies that best support the children and young people within their care.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check
