Job Description
Reporting to the CEO as People & Culture Business Partner you will play a critical role in building and embedding both operational and strategic people capability across Ecosure. This role partners closely with operational and functional leaders to deliver high-impact HR support, strengthen employee experience, and drive a positive, values-aligned culture.
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, you will play a key role in uplifting leadership capability, and building a consistent, engaging employee experience across the organisation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Lead and enhance people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Support the implementation of a new HRIS and improve people systems and processes.
- Partner with the WHS Manager to align people practices with our safety culture.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal People & Culture Business Partner is operationally and strategically focused professional. You will thrive in a fast paced evolving environment and have ambition to grow with the business as the role develops.
You will possess the following;
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, WHS or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in high-performing HR functions (Essential)
- Background in professional services, environmental consulting or field-based contracting environments (highly regarded).
- Experience in a fast-growth environment or exposure to a Private Equity-backed business (highly regarded).
- Strong systems mindset - experience implementing or working with HRIS platforms and improving people processes.
- Proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach; a natural problem-solver with commercial awareness.
- Able to balance day-to-day delivery with longer-term people and culture initiatives.
- Highly effective communicator - builds trust, influences, and handles sensitive matters with discretion.
- Align with a values and purpose driven culture.
