About The Role

As Chapter Lead – Identity, you will :

• Lead and develop a high-performing Identity chapter, fostering technical mastery, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Guide and mentor IAM specialists, supporting their professional development and capability uplift.
• Drive the adoption of engineering excellence and best practices across identity and API teams, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tribe Leads, and Delivery stakeholders to align chapter work with strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Promote innovation, well‑being, and continuous improvement within the chapter.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Technology, Risk, Cyber Security, and Delivery teams.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of standards, processes, and guardrails for identity and API platforms.
• Ensure chapter work aligns with compliance, security, and business objectives.
