Your Role

As an experienced, sales‑driven individual, you will join our dynamic team as Account Manager – Healthcare – Abena Continence Management based at Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Your responsibilities include managing an existing healthcare customer base (aged care and hospitals), maximizing retention, identifying key opportunities to expand market share, and engaging in site support, education, product trials, implementations, clinical meetings, and building key multi‑level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key personnel at all levels.
• Maximize retention of business by ensuring products and services meet or exceed customer KPIs.
• Provide education, implementation, and support to all Bunzl Healthcare customers in continence management.
• Expand share of customers’ business with additional products.
• Identify, evaluate, and generate new sales growth.
• Ensure customers value all aspects of our service, not just product and pricing.

About You

You have previous experience in the Healthcare sector, preferably with nursing qualifications. You possess a proven track record of account management and sales experience, the ability to build trust and rapport, develop solutions, cross‑sell, administer, and grow an existing client base, and develop profitable business. You are an independent self‑starter, work well in a team, and have excellent organisational, time‑management, and communication skills. Computer skills in Excel, Word, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and PowerPoint are required.
