About the Role

We’re looking for a Payroll SAP System Specialist to join our team in a permanent full‑time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in SAP HR (Payroll) systems and a passion for system optimisation and support. You’ll play a key role in enhancing payroll system functionality, coordinating system changes, and resolving complex technical issues—ensuring our payroll operations remain smooth, compliant, and future‑ready.

You’ll work closely with our Payroll Services team and external SAP consultants to deliver system improvements, lead testing efforts, and provide expert guidance on SAP configuration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP HR (Payroll) system changes driven by legislation, enterprise agreements, and business needs
• Provide expert‑level SAP support to Payroll Operations
• Liaise with SAP consultants to ensure accurate and compliant system configuration
• Manage end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Investigate and resolve complex system issues, including data mismatches
• Support training delivery and process optimisation initiatives
• Assist with internal and external audit activities
