About You

You’re an engaging communicator and change leader with a passion for innovation and new technology. You bring :

  • 8+ years’ experience in data and / or change enablement, with proven enterprise‑wide adoption outcomes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and / or certifications (e.g. Prosci, CCMP)
  • Strong understanding of AI and data adoption within organisations, ideally having led deployment of tools like M365 Copilot or BI / analytics platforms
  • Expertise in communication and learning design, with a focus on behaviour change
  • Ability to coach teams on responsible data and AI use, including privacy, security and governance
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for influence and storytelling
