About The Home
Carinya Aged Care is located in the leafy inner Adelaide suburb of Myrtle Bank, on a beautiful Jacaranda tree lined street. The boutique Signature Home offers large single and twin rooms with adjoining ensuites, community spaces, courtyards, and garden areas.
About The Opportunity
- Oversight of clinical governance, staff management, AN‑ACC compliance, and resident care.
- Ensure delivery of high quality, personalised care to all residents.
- Develop, monitor and implement nurse care plans; assess, plan and evaluate existing care plans.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents.
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies and procedures.
- Actively supervise, train and mentor all RNs and PCWs.
About You
Full‑time availability Monday‑Friday.Experience as an Aged Care Manager or Coordinator.Working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, auditing processes and AN‑ACC.Commitment to delivering high quality care and continuous improvement.Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.NDIS screen check or Police Clearance.Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.What We Can Offer
