Job descriptionExperience : 3-5 years in a fast-paced marketing role, ideally with B2B exposure. Tech startup experience is a bonus. Creative storyteller : Strong copywriting skills and ability to tell resonant stories; capable of bringing ideas to life. Newsletter experience : Ability to ideate and produce engaging newsletters with strong visuals. Organisation : Detail-driven, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders; travel to events / activations is approximately once or twice per quarter. Content creation including Canva design and social video editing for YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn Website management in Webflow or similar, including CMS article creation Newsletter creation and email automation in CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Active Campaign, MailChimp) Strong copywriting across short and long-form content Stakeholder management in B2B environments You see stories everywhere and know how to package them into content that resonates. You can create content on the fly with a camera or phone. You switch between creative work and logistics smoothly. You collaborate with agencies, partners and internal teams. Your energy and creativity shine through every post, campaign and event. Excellent people skills; ability to connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds Public speaking : comfortable presenting to groups Genuine interest in technology and healthcare applications Extroverted and energetic; enjoys engaging with others Caring attitude with a community focus Valid driver\'s license Preferred qualification : psychology, anthropology, social work or care-giving, drama / theatre, or public speaking

Your role in the action
We are searching for a creative, hands-on Marketing & Content Lead with a content focus to bring the Andromeda spirit to life across all channels. You will shape short videos and social posts, coordinate conference activations and media coverage, and balance big-picture storytelling with day-to-day execution with support from our external marketing service.
How You\'ll Make An Impact
- Create content that pops : Write engaging copy and craft short videos, reels, newsletters and image posts that capture Abi\'s story.
- Drive digital presence : Manage our social and LinkedIn channels with fresh, creative, growing content.
- Champion events & conferences : Organise and support marketing events and conferences, handling materials, logistics and on-the-ground execution.
- Fuel media moments : Coordinate photoshoots, videos, media releases and press opportunities to amplify our message nationally and globally.
- Collaborate & coordinate : Manage relationships with agencies, contractors and suppliers to keep marketing efforts seamless.
- Teamwork : Be willing to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup; assist teammates as needed.
- Bring the energy : Embody the Andromeda vibe in person and on camera.
