Senior Risk and Business Continuity Lead

Scope (Aust) is a registered NDIS provider delivering a range of services, including supported independent living, respite accommodation, social connections, therapy and employment services across Victoria and NSW. The Senior Risk and Business Continuity Lead will develop and operationalise enterprise risk management and business continuity across Scope.

About Your Role

In this role, you will be a senior member of the Strategy & Impact Division, supporting the Head of Risk, Compliance & Assurance. You will develop and maintain Scope’s business continuity framework, policies and plans, embed risk and continuity practices across the organisation, and drive the uplift of organisational risk maturity.

Your Key Focus

• Facilitate strategic and operational risk reviews, providing analysis and insights to inform decision‑making.
• Work collaboratively with other functions across Scope to embed risk and continuity practices and support the uplift of organisational risk maturity.
• Integrate appetite and tolerance levels into risk assessments, workshops and reporting.
• Develop and deliver training, awareness programmes and workshops to build organisational risk capability.
