About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure participants achieve meaningful results from Perception to Power programs. You will provide guidance, support, and structured follow-ups to maintain high levels of engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide participants through program processes.
- Monitor progress and maintain records of engagement.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve participant experience.
- Participate in team training and professional development sessions.

This is a contractor role with performance‑based remuneration.
