Position Overview

We're looking for nurses experienced in assessment, case management, counselling, and / or therapy, preferably within the mental health field. The role involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver suitable treatment tailored to the developmental needs of children, young individuals, and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Belong to a dynamic team committed to delivering high quality mental health services to children, young people and their families / carers.
• Undertake clinical services through assessment, case management, and individual therapies, including specialised treatment programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians as part of the multidisciplinary team and provide support and consultation to other team members as required.
• Consult and liaise with broader health system including GP and other agencies to optimise service effectiveness and continuity of care.
• Identify key hospital, community mental health, community sector and primary health stakeholders and build effective working relationships.
