Senior Project Manager : Digital Transformation & Core Systems Leader

We are searching for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a critical, multi-million dollar digital transformation initiative. This high-visibility role requires a seasoned leader who can navigate complex technical builds, manage executive stakeholders, and drive delivery using a hybrid methodology.

If you have a proven track record delivering both greenfield custom applications and major COTS system implementations , this is your opportunity to modernize our core customer self-service and CRM platforms.

Location & Travel

Work Arrangement : This role offers remote flexibility but requires compulsory monthly interstate travel.

Start Date : Immediate or January intake.

What You Bring : The Essential Qualifications

8+ Years of Experience : Progressive technology project management experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior Project Manager.

Digital & COTS Expertise : Demonstrated success managing both custom mobile / web application builds (greenfield projects) AND major Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) system implementations (e.g., CRM, ERP).

Contact Center Technology : Direct experience managing large-scale IVR or voice self-service modernization, with a strong preference for experience with Genesys or similar AI-driven platforms.

Financial Acumen : Expert ability to manage large project budgets (over $5 million ) and perform detailed cost / benefit analysis.

Stakeholder Management : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver clear, concise updates to executive sponsors and non-technical audiences.

Highly Regarded Qualifications

Sector Experience : Experience in the utilities & energy sectors is highly regarded.

Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
