We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer, Civil to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role supports monitoring and driving the performance of projects to meet client commitments and foster strong relationships, with support from over 430 experts nationally. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale land development projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.
