Job descriptionYour pragmatic approach to problem-solving sees you focused on finding win-win solutions. As well, your ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders will see you building networks that will service you for a lifetime. Manage large, valued projects confidently, with competing demands through effective communication and negotiating skills and complete work within tight deadlines. Here you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, instilling in them the same strong work ethic that you possess. Lead the engineering team of projects with a focus on Urban Developments. This includes design or roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage, sewerage and water supply reticulation for the built environment. Ideally 8+ years post graduate experience and working towards your CPEng will definitely be encouraged and your experience should come from a regarded consultancy in Urban Development.
