House Painting | Knox City Centre

Overview

Multiple painting projects described : a residential house with four bedrooms and several living spaces, and an interior of a shop. The work includes interior and exterior painting, with specific room dimensions and surface requirements. Public liability insurance is required to submit for the shop project.

Responsibilities

• Paint exterior and interior of a house, including the driveway.
• Refresh existing feature wall colors to white throughout the house.
• Repaint a specific area of the facade as shown in photo.
• Repaint a small bathroom (approx. 2.71 m x 2.375 m) with a stain-blocking undercoat for ceiling soot staining from candles, then repaint.
• Paint the interior of a shop located at Westfeld, to be completed between 5 : 30 pm and 11 : 00 pm.
• Shop scope : approx. 100 sqm, 6 rooms and 1 bathroom; paint walls, doors, ceiling, and skirting.
