Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in IT service delivery? We’re seeking a Service Delivery Specialist to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless delivery of IT services across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed SLAs and KPIs and are fit for purpose.
• Monitor service performance and lead initiatives to improve service quality and consistency.
• Drive the maturity of ITIL practices across QTC and its service provider ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Procurement to maintain governance frameworks for infrastructure and network support vendors.
• Manage vendor performance, escalating risks and initiating Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) when required.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technology goals.
• Support infrastructure planning and change enablement by partnering with design and delivery teams.
• Champion a culture of ITSM excellence and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory frameworks.
