Overview

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist (CRM Acquisition) who will own the promotional campaign calendar and drive top-of-funnel growth. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role that blends creativity with data, and speed with structure. You’ll have the freedom to test and learn, the tools to move quickly, and the support to keep growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, execute, and optimise acquisition-focused campaigns (email, SMS, push) across our verticals, including promotional, reactivation, and seasonal initiatives
• Manage the end-to-end campaign calendar, ensuring timely launches, clean execution, and measurable results
• Leverage tools like Braze, Hightouch, and Snowflake to activate customer data and personalise outreach at scale
• Champion a test-and-learn mindset by running A / B and multivariate tests across subject lines, CTAs, creative, send times, segments and more
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain high deliverability through strong list management, IP / domain reputation, and content compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in CX, Product, Content, and Data to build campaigns that convert leads into members
• Identify opportunities to activate under-utilised segments in the database and improve early funnel conversion
• Share campaign learnings, champion experimentation, and contribute to a culture of insight-driven marketing
