• Registered Nurses
• to join our collaborative and supportive Special Care Nursery team at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba, on a permanent part time basis.Our maternity unit is run by a team of experienced midwives, lactation consultants and nursing staff. Birthing is serviced by private obstetric specialists and paediatricians. The Birth Suites are supported by a fully equipped
• Level 4 Special Care Nursery
• with specially trained health professionals and equipment, to effectively care for sick and premature babies from 32 weeks' gestation, should the need arise.

• Registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a Registered Nurse
• Prior Special Care Nursery experience is essential
• Effective communication skills at all levels enabling you to achieve best practice
• Recent experience in the speciality area you are interested in applying for, and appropriate qualifications and registration.
• You will understand the importance of providing quality care, and you feel rewarded by creating a genuine impact
• Well-developed interpersonal skills that provide the support and nurture for our patients and organisation’s needs.St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba is the largest acute private hospital on the Darling Downs. We are a 197-bed facility with highly experienced and skilled staff that work as a team to deliver the highest standard of healthcare to all our patients. Our services include medical, surgical, maternity, paediatric, emergency, cardiac and rehabilitation. We are supported by comprehensive allied health services and advanced medical and diagnostic services. Pathology, radiology and pharmacy are also available on site, and our emergency department is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
