Client Manager, Strata

Overview

Marsh has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced insurance broker to join our Strata team as a Client Manager based in Perth.

You will be responsible for managing growth objectives through the development of new business and retention of existing business, specifically in Strata accounts. You will also manage and lead a small team, while providing a strong contribution to the Strata business performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing professional advice in all matters affecting their insurance program needs
• Ensure client needs are identified and met by taking a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients
• Monitor and manage service delivery across new business quoting, renewals and claims
• Investigate and pursue new business opportunities in conjunction with account manager
• Develop and coach staff, and act as a daily escalation point within the team on broking and claims matters.
