About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Literacy and Numeracy Intervention Specialist to join our Inclusion and Diversity Team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring equitable access to learning for all students through targeted, evidence-based interventions that promote growth, confidence and inclusion.

In this role, you will :

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 literacy and numeracy interventions using structured, evidence-based programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, Learning Support Officers (LSOs) and the Educational Data Specialist to identify students requiring support and monitor their progress.
• Provide coaching and guidance to staff to strengthen differentiated and inclusive classroom practices.
• Communicate regularly with families to share progress and celebrate growth.
• Contribute to a culture of data-informed teaching and continuous improvement.

About You

You are a dedicated educator with expertise in literacy and / or numeracy intervention and a genuine commitment to inclusion. You combine a data-driven mindset with warmth, empathy and strong communication skills, fostering confidence and independence in every learner.
