About the Role
Join the JBS Pork Australia – Maintenance team as a Wastewater Treatment Operator. Monday to Friday full‑time with overtime available on Saturdays. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the role operates and maintains wastewater systems, supports site‑based environmental programs and ensures compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the site wastewater system including pre‑screening areas, DAFs and decanters.
- Fault find and troubleshoot the wastewater system.
- Conduct regular performance testing of equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain daily operation records.
- Manage odour control systems, storm water and solid waste.
- Perform other duties as directed.
