Your Tasks

• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT Systems across the organization.
• Ensure quick respond to and resolve IT incidents or outages to minimize operational disruptions.
• Develop and implement IT operational policies and procedures in alignment with best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and procurement processes to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee IT project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure adherence to IT security standards and protocols, safeguarding organizational data.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and drive solutions that align with business objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to IT operations.
• Manage and oversee the payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Coordinate with the vendor to ensure all employee information is accurately reflected in payroll systems and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
