Property Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Hunter French Real Estate, based in Altona Meadows, VIC. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, including property maintenance, tenant communication, rent collection, lease management, and inspections. The role also includes ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining property records, and providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.

• Experience in property management, including lease management and rent collection
