Credit Officer – Credit Collections

Bring your credit / collections experience to this pivotal role, liaising with our valued clients, delivering human‑centric service and finding the best solutions.

Your new role

Working closely with our National Credit Manager, your work will include :

• Contacting clients by phone (mostly) and email about outstanding payments on their accounts
• Account reconciliation and sending invoices and statements
• Collaborating with team members across the firm to manage payments and client credit
• Balancing empathy to the client's situation while ensuring payment
• Adopting and promoting technology to support collections
• Working with the Accounts team who manage trust account receipting
• Assess the collectability of accounts by ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and procedures. Certify that documentation, including Terms of Engagement and Cost Disclosures, are accurate, complete and properly filed.
