About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of Shared Living services in the Northern Beaches. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind :

• Ensuring every client thrives through safe, high-quality, person-centred supports that empower independence.
• Inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
• Co-designing services with clients, families, and communities to create truly personalised and inclusive living experiences.

• Supporting the Regional Business Manager to achieve big-picture goals.
