Responsibilities
- Monitoring Partners adherence to the Delegated Programs Framework
- Completing assurance activity & associated regulatory requirements
- Assisting with onboarding tasks for new partnerships and lifecycle oversight
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the management & operation of Partnerships
Qualifications
Experience in managing delegated authorities is preferredBroad knowledge & understanding of General Insurance ProductsProven experience with stakeholder management & delivering tasks to deadlines – influencing internal clients and external partners such as MGAsUnderstanding of insurance governance, compliance & regulatory requirementsExceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExcellent initiative with the ability to be adaptable in an agile environmentBenefits
