Responsibilities

Monitoring Partners adherence to the Delegated Programs Framework
Completing assurance activity & associated regulatory requirements
Assisting with onboarding tasks for new partnerships and lifecycle oversight
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the management & operation of Partnerships

Qualifications

Experience in managing delegated authorities is preferred

Broad knowledge & understanding of General Insurance Products

Proven experience with stakeholder management & delivering tasks to deadlines – influencing internal clients and external partners such as MGAs

Understanding of insurance governance, compliance & regulatory requirements

Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Excellent initiative with the ability to be adaptable in an agile environment
