Workday Financials Consultant

As a Workday Financials Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of activities including :
- Working closely with the client to understand business requirements and designing, building, configuring and testing the Workday solution to meet these requirements
- Playing an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
- Establishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationships
- Understanding and applying Workday and Strada methodologies
- Contributing to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service
- Working across multiple concurrent projects
- Keeping up to date with latest Finance thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.
About You
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, or financial discipline.Experience of deploying Workday or other Financial systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business or other SaaS software solutions.Knowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements.Experience working with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting systems or functions.Consultancy experience would be beneficial.Existing Workday certification will be highly regarded.Advanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business as usual Finance function.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Good presentation and facilitation skills.Experience of confidently managing stakeholders.A team-oriented approach, with a primary focus on “we”, not “me”.Self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths.A natural tendency towards personal accountability and acting with integrity.A demonstrated bias for action.Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation.Relevant Workday certification, if not already held, must be attained and maintained to perform this role.Benefits
