Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the work of sportsground maintenance teams
• Travel to and from work (vehicle provided)
• Enjoy a rostered day off every 3 weeks

About the Role

As the Sportsground Team Leader, you'll be hands‑on, ensuring the safe and timely upkeep of our fields, making them game‑ready for the community. If you're passionate about working outdoors, leading a team, and taking pride in high‑quality results, this role is perfect for you.

Internally the role is known as Team Leader Sports Facilities.

Your commencing salary will range from $74,571.94 - $86,172.02 p.a. + superannuation , dependent on your relevant skills and experience. In addition, you will receive a to-and‑from work vehicle.

About You

You are a proactive leader with experience in sports field and garden maintenance. Skilled in supervising teams, managing resources, and ensuring maintenance programs run smoothly, you bring technical expertise and a hands‑on approach. Your ability to oversee operations, maintain compliance, and contribute to planning makes you a valuable asset to the team.
