What You’ll Be Doing

In their award-winning Commercial Litigation practice, you’ll steer high-stakes disputes and formal insolvency proceedings from strategy through resolution.

• Structure and draft insolvency pleadings, board minutes and settlement agreements
• Lead interlocutory applications, mediations, contested hearings and client workshops
• Advise on cross-border enforcement, regulatory compliance and risk allocation
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation initiatives
