Human Resources North Sydney Full-time Australia Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis from our head office in Sydney with hybrid working! In this role, you will be responsible for HR administration, talent acquisition support, and managing payroll processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.In this role, you will : Working closely with our outsourced payroll provider to review our weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs for JDE Australia and Campos Coffee.Maintain employee records and files in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.Support talent acquisition activities including job advertising, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters.Handle employee queries and requests regarding payroll, leave, benefits, and other HR matters.Create and maintain regular HR reports and information.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation.QualificationsFor this role as the HR Coordinator, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience : You hold tertiary qualifications in HR or similar,You have previous experience working in a similar HR position,You hold working knowledge of Australian employment legislations and award interpretations,You hold a high level of attention to detail and the ability to deliver on multiple priorities.Additional InformationWhat’s in it for you?Competitive salary and an on-target bonus opportunitySupport, training and an extensive onboarding programSummertime hours : finish at 3 PM on Fridays during the daylight-saving monthsDelicious coffee and tea on-site and quarterly free staff orders of your favourite coffee and tea brandsOpportunity to purchase up to 10 days of additional Annual Leave per yearExperienced and enthusiastic teamIf you think you're up for a new challenge just like this, please grab a cuppa, brush up your CV and apply now (it's really easy, we promise).
