Integral Ad Science (IAS) is a global technology and data company that builds verification, optimization, and analytics solutions for the advertising industry. We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Technical Customer Operations Team in London, UK.

Acting as the main technical point of contact, you will address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients and their end‑users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. You will troubleshoot technical issues, pinpoint and provide solutions, and coordinate with tier‑2 support and product teams when necessary. Internally you will provide in‑depth technical updates and insights to product, engineering, marketing, legal, pricing, and support teams, and support our premium customers with dedicated technical support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for integrated clients and their end‑users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Escalate issues to tier‑2 or product teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Pricing, Technical Support) to provide technical updates and insights.
• Provide dedicated technical support to premium customers.
