Job descriptionBuild sophisticated 3-way financial models (balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow). Prepare investment documents, Information Memoranda, and investor presentations. Conduct industry and company research, delivering actionable insights. Support M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and valuation projects. Analyse financial statements and accounting data to provide strategic recommendations. Assist in CFO advisory and outsourced finance projects for key clients. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. At least 12 months of experience in accounting, audit, tax, or corporate finance. A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools. A genuine passion for corporate finance and advisory.
